Common Returns Questions

Can I return my products?

You can return your koparibeauty.com order within 60 days of purchase if you’re not 100% satisfied with your products. Don’t worry, we’ll take care of the returning shipping costs! Please note that any initial shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable. 

Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. We monitor returns for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges with or without proof of purchase. If you wish to return a Kopari product that was purchased anywhere other than koparibeauty.com, please reference that specific retailers return policy for instructions on how to do so. For international returns, please email our team at aloha@koparibeauty.com

How soon will I get my refund?

We will issue your refund within 4 business days of receiving your return and will confirm via email once this is done. The refunded amount should be available on your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

What items are non-refundable?

Free gifts with purchase, promotional items, Kopari Clique swag redemptions, and any items marked “final sale” with retail value are non-refundable. 

Does Kopari cover the cost of shipping for returns?

Yes. When returning your item(s) we will issue you with a pre-paid return label. Simply print it out and send your product back.

What if my product is damaged?

We are more than happy to replace a damaged or defective item with the same product. Please just send us an email at aloha@koparibeauty.com.
